Registration is open for the 3rd Annual LifeMark Health Esquimalt 5K. Presented by Esquimalt Parks and Recreation and LifeMark Health, this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever. The fun run and walk is open to all ages and abilities in a supportive, family friendly environment. New features include chip timing and special recognition packages for participating children under the age of ten.

Esquimalt has hosted the 5K event since 2007 through a partnership with the regional 10K Run Training Clinics. It has since grown from 300 registrants to nearly 700. Sponsors of the popular community event include LifeMark Health, The Running Room and Country Grocer Esquimalt.
