We need your help building our Recreation Strategic Plan
The Township of Esquimalt is currently reviewing its recreation programs, services, and facilities to understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.
We are asking residents to share their experiences with and perspectives on recreation in Esquimalt, including participation in recreation programs and activities, satisfaction with facilities and services, barriers to access, and priorities for future improvements and investment.

Lab Health Physio
Lab Health Physio is a multidisciplinary health clinic located inside the recreation centre that provides a range of services including Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Acupuncture and more.
