    INVITATION TO TENDER

    ITT No. EPSB TP 2: Esquimalt Public Safety Building Temporary Fire and Police

    Kinetic Construction Ltd., Construction Manager, will be receiving prices from
    qualified bidders for the above named project.

    The Town of Esquimalt will be constructing a new Public Safety Building. During
    construction of the new facility, Fire and Police services will be operated out of
    temporary facilities. This tender covers the construction and renovation work
    associated with these temporary facilities.

    A Non-mandatory site visit of the temporary police is scheduled for
    Wednesday, July 14th at 10:00 am. Meet at the entrance to the old Esquimalt
    Library located in the lower level of the Esquimalt Municipal Hall.

    REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

    RFQ NO. RC 21-01: Repairs to expansion joint & resurfacing and coating lap pool skimmer.

    Quotations are invited for repairs to the lap pool expansion joint and resurfacing and coating of the lap pool skimmer (west side) located at 527 Fraser Street, Esquimalt.
    The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of old materials, preparation and application of new materials.

      RFP NO. ENG 21-04: Integrated Resource Management Business Case to Meet Regulatory Requirements

      The Township of Esquimalt (Township) is inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals to assist the Township in the production of a business case to allow the Township to seek an amendment to the Capital Regional District (CRD) Solid Waste Master Plan (SWMP) and start the process of obtaining a Provincial operating permit for an integrated resource management (IRM) system. The business case would examine three solid waste streams and how to utilize gasification for the management of these streams.
