Thank you to everyone for participating in the 2010 LifeMark Health Esquimalt 5K Run and Walk. A big thanks also to our many volunteers and sponsors who made the event such a huge success.
Looking for your race time? Please go to http://www.racedaytiming.ca/. Race times should be posted by 3:00 p.m. Sunday March 7th.
Feedback is greatly appreciated and can be provided by filling in our satisfaction survey. By filling out the survey you will be entered into a draw for one of three BIG prizes. Prize winners will be announced by March 15, 2010.
Prizes:
Three month recreation pass and a $25 gift certificate to Running Room.
- Three personal training sessions and an infra red sport socks and consultation/massage from NIKKEN Wellness.
- LifeMark 45 minute massage and calendar plus an Esquimalt water bottle with an Esquimalt Recreation 5-punch pass.
