    This meeting will include two Public Hearings as follows:

    • 553 Paradise Street - OCP and Zoning Bylaw amendments to authorize the construction of a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit. 
    • 602, 608, 612 Nelson Street - Zoning Bylaw amendment to allow a mixed-use development consisting of a minimum of 180 m2 of commercial space and 109 residential units.

    Council meetings in Esquimalt are held on the first and third Monday of every month, unless the meeting falls on a statutory holiday. 

    Council meetings are open to the public unless council passes a resolution to go In Camera to deal with issues of a confidential nature, usually related to finances, personnel, property or legal matters.
