The agendas for upcoming Council and Committee of the Whole meetings are published online by 4:30 p.m. on the Friday prior to the Monday meeting date. Hard copies of the agenda are available at the Administration Department located in the municipal hall or at Council meetings. Late correspondence or presentation materials received after the Agenda has been published will be uploaded to the agenda which will be republished on the meeting day. Any materials received at the meeting will be uploaded the following day.
Minutes are published online once they have been adopted by Council.
