About the Opportunity:
The Township is looking for a motivated, organized, customer service focused team player to join the fast-paced, results-oriented Corporate Services team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services the Corporate Services Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and general professional administrative and clerical functions in support of the department’s operations, services, programs, and activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being challenged, building strong professional relationships, optimizing business processes, preparing and editing a variety of documents, and performing a wide variety of duties and projects following prescribed procedures and guidelines.

Candidates must demonstrate superior interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Salary: $32.35 – $34.89 hourly plus benefits (2024 rates)
Hours per week: 35 (will occasionally be required to attend evening meetings outside of regular working hours)
