About the Opportunity:

The Finance Department is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time Payroll and Benefits Administrator position. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Services, this position administers and maintains the payroll and benefits programs for all employees within the organization.  Other responsibilities include preparation of reconciliations, ensuring compliance with third party organizations and maintaining data integrity. 

Our Preferred Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a two-year diploma in Business, Accounting, or equivalent, as well as a minimum of three years related experience in full cycle accounting and/or payroll administration. Additionally, the preferred candidate will be highly proficient with spreadsheet data manipulation and their customer service focus will contribute positively and effectively in a team environment. 

Salary: $39.79 – $42.92 hourly plus benefits (2024 rates)

Hours per week: 35
