The Township of Esquimalt is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide ERP consulting services to assist with the procurement and implementation planning of a modern ERP system. The consultant will lead strategy development, requirements gathering, RFP creation, evaluation, and vendor selection. Proponents shall familiarize themselves with all aspects of the work required for this RFP and the area to be studied.
