The Township of Esquimalt invites interested and qualified firms to submit proposals for the operation of a transfer station and processing of yard and garden waste stream. The Proponent will be expected to undertake:
- Operation of transfer site
- Hauling of material collected at transfer site to processing site
- Processing of material collection
- Disposal of material collected
