The Township of Esquimalt (the “Township”) invites Proposals from qualified and experienced Project Management firms to submit a proposal to provide professional project management services to support a facilities options analysis for the Temporary Fire Hall and the Victoria Police Department (VicPD) – Esquimalt Division space within Municipal Hall.
All Proposals must be submitted to the Engineering Department, by email to the following:

The Proposal is to be saved as an email attachment in PDF file format. Do not include your fee in the body of the email, as the attachments will not be opened until the Proposal extended closing time August 17, 2026, 2:00 P.M. local time
Email submissions could be delayed or rejected by the Township’s email security system. The onus is on the Proponents to make sure the Township receives the email submission.
