The Township of Esquimalt is seeking construction services from a General Contractor for the replacement of the existing arena refrigerated slab for Esquimalt's Archie Browning Sports Centre.
Addendum #5 - Answers to submitted RFIs can be found via dropbox link. Unanswered RFIs will be updated as information becomes available.
Addendum #6 - This is a re-issued for tender structural drawing package (Appendix D), which includes a revised steel frame design to accommodate the proposed ammonia condenser (HE-3), updated trench infill details, and new eye bolt details around the perimeter of the refrigerated slab. All changes and additions have been clouded in the revised drawing package.
