Workout Anywhere, Anytime

With our busy, on-the-go lifestyles, finding time to exercise can be challenging but you've taken the first step in making a great lifetyle challenge and true committment to healthy living through the 60 Day Challenge. When the weather is deary or we're snowed in (as we've learned this week, that can even happen in our corner of Paradise here in Esquimalt), transferring the exercises your Trainers have taught you and applying them to your home environment is a great way to keep up your fitness routine.
