BC Hydro is installing underground infrastructure for power upgrades to the graving dock.
BC Hydro is making system improvements along Colville Road between Intervale Ave and Tillicum Rd intersection, Intervale Ave, Lockley Road from Intervale Ave to Admirals Road and on Admirals Road.

The road work happening in the area is scheduled to be complete by early spring with final paving being weather-dependent.
The work requires the installation of underground infrastructure and is required to meet the growing demand and increase system resiliency in the area. The work will result in traffic interruptions along Colville Road, Intervale Ave, Lockley Road and Admirals Road. Please plan for possible delays.
Planned working hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with lane closures between 9 a.m and 3 p.m. and residents will be contacted 24 hours in advance when work will be in front of their house.
To ensure the safety of workers, we remind drivers to reduce their speed in construction zones and follow directions from flaggers. Please obey all construction signs and traffic personnel, enabling a safe environment for all public and construction personnel. The project is estimated to complete by late December, 2019.
