Leading Energy, Leading Change

Using his proprietary Thinking Tendencies Model, Ryan will help participants identify the six mindsets that leaders either drift into, or choose to shift into, and why it is critical to have a plant to shift their team's thinking into the Offensive Zone and eventually, the Flow Zone where high performance lives.

Next, participants will experience all the six mindsets in an interactive process that will help them develop a deep understanding around how to increase the quality and efficiency of team communication...debriefing the session brings multiple insights that can be implemented immediately.

Participants will enjoy many leadership insights and will interactively develop leadership, team and high-performance skills.

Speaker: Ryan Walter -Former NHL hockey player and award-winning inspirational speaker

Everyday Leadership in the Workplace!

This fast paced and highly interactive workshop will not only provide you with the necessary tools and actionable ideas to grow yourself as a leader but to also encourage, inspire and support those around you in the workplace to do the same.

In 1949 Joseph Campbell wrote about the hero’s journey in his book The Hero With A Thousand Faces. The Hero’s Journey is a narrative used in many movie themes to describe the tale of a main character who ventures to a new place, endures struggles along the way, and often teams up with others to overcome obstacles. The Hero ultimately arrives in a new world because of persistence and determination…never losing faith that they would triumph over adversity. As a result, they are transformed into a whole new version of themselves. They then travel back to share their experience and encourage others to go on similar journeys. This is the philosophy on which Everyday Leadership is built.

Jack Welch said, “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself….when you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Your responsibility is to go on this amazing adventure, to have a series of brilliant and often challenging experiences, and to team up with others as you grow into a new version of yourself. Your ultimate responsibility is to then return and help those ‘back home’ to venture forth as well: to guide, coach and mentor them in order that they will also be successful.

Welcome to Everyday Leadership!

My passion is to see you be successful so that you can grow others around you. This workshop is all about who you are and what you stand for. Thanks for traveling with me
