The Esquimalt Road corridor from Lampson to Head Street is being upgraded with new surfacing and line painting, and new traffic signals will be installed at the intersection of Lampson and Esquimalt Road. Repair work is underway on the west side of Esquimalt Municipal Hall to seal three concrete joints in order to prevent structural damage to the building.   For public safety, the sidewalk adjacent to the building will be closed, and a temporary plywood sidewalk will be in place to provide a pedestrian detour route.  The plywood sidewalk has been treated with an anti-slip coating for safety.
