Event Booking Information

To help us assist you efficiently and provide you with the most accurate availability and options for your event, please take a moment to complete the following questions.

Important Information:

  1. Park Accessibility
    The park is open to the public. While you can reserve a specific area, you are only authorized to ask others to leave that reserved space. We recommend bringing a copy of your contract to your event as proof of reservation.

  2. Shared Space
    If you're not booking the entire facility, please note that other groups may be renting different rooms in the building during your event.

  3. Liability Insurance Requirement
    All rentals require liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided to Pavilion staff no later than two weeks before your event.

  4. Tables and Chairs
    Your booking includes tables and chairs, which we will set up and take down for you. To ensure proper setup, we require a floor plan at least two weeks before your event. Please note that for full pavilion rentals, we do not move tables and chairs during your event.

  5. Alcohol Policy
    If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you must obtain a letter of permission from the Municipality (through the Pavilion staff) and a Special Event Permit (SEP) from the Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Regulation Branch.

  6. Response Time
    Due to high demand, please allow 3–5 business days for us to respond to your booking request.

Booking Details

Full Facility Booking Requests

  • Currently accepting full facility bookings through December 31, 2027
  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

Individual Room Booking Requests

  • Individual room bookings are accepted seasonally and are based on remaining availability. A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for all bookings.  See below for the dates when future booking requests will be accepted:

  • January to June 2026:  All individual room bookings are now open (7 days/week) 

  • July and August 2026 weekends (Friday-Sunday): Individual room bookings are now open 

  • July and August weekdays (Monday-Thursday): individual room bookings will open on March 9

  • September to December 2026 weekends (Friday-Sunday): individual room bookings will open on March 9

  • September to December 2026 weekdays (Monday-Thursday): individual room bookings will open on June 8

  • January to June 2027 weekends (Friday-Sunday): individual room bookings will open on October 13
