In accordance with the provisions of S. 94 of the Community Charter, Council will consider a Lounge Area Liquor Licence Application for the property located at 836 Viewfield Road at a Council meeting to be held Monday, April 12th, 2021, commencing at 7:00 p.m., in the Esquimalt Council Chambers, 1229 Esquimalt Road, Esquimalt, B.C., V9A 3P. This application is an amendment to an existing establishment - Driftwood Brewery (303177). A lounge may overlap in whole, or in part, a sampling area and/or on-site store. The proposed daily hours of operation vary with a range between 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity for persons who consider they are affected by this change to make representations to Council. Affected persons may address Council verbally by telephoning the Corporate Officer on 250-414-7135 up to 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting to request to be included on the speakers list or by written submission, prior to that date, to the municipal hall at the address noted above or via email to [email protected].
