A portion of a Garry Oak has fallen across a popular staircase at Swallow's Landing.
A section of the aluminum railing has been temporarily sectioned off with caution tape due to some minor damage. Some of the glass paneling at the top of the covered platform was shattered as well.
A big thanks to Parks crews for their quick response on taping off the area. Our Public Works Department has been notified and is working to repair the situation.
Please proceed with caution when walking up the staircase.
