The Township of Esquimalt and its CUPE employees are again collecting non-perishable food for local aid organizations in their 11th Annual Christmas Food Bank Drive. Non-perishable food will be collected by Township pickup crews on regularly scheduled pickup days during the following time periods:
Southside route: week of December 6-10, 2010
Northside route: week of December 13-17, 2010
Residents are requested to clearly identify their food donation bag and place alongside their garbage cans. Food donations will also be accepted at the Municipal Hall (1229 Esquimalt Road) or the Public Works Yard (601 Canteen Road).
