A Regular meeting of Council will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The first item of business is to close the meeting to the general public pursuant to section 90 (2) (b) (ii) of the Community Charter to discuss the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and another local government or between another local government and a third party.
At 7:00 p.m. the open portion of the meeting will reconvene in Council Chambers with members of the public permitted to attend. Please refer to the appropriate meeting agenda for information regarding business items for the open meeting.
Members of the public are encouraged to submit their comments in writing by emailing comments to council@esquimalt.ca or mailing or delivering comments to 1229 Esquimalt Rd, Esquimalt, BC, V9A 3P1 before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting.
