The Township of Esquimalt (Township) is inviting qualified engineering consultants (Consultants) to submit proposals to support an options analysis to upgrade the sanitary sewer infrastructure from Lampson Pump Station to the Capital Regional District’s (CRD) Devonshire meter chamber at Dominion Road and Devonshire Road.

The Proposal is to be saved as an email attachment in PDF File format. The body of the email must reference the title of the proposal. Do not include your fee in the body of the email, as the attachments will not be opened until the Proposal closing time.
