Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3168 which provides for a change in the zoning designation of 621 Constance Avenue, shown hatched on the map below, from RM-4 [Multiple Family Residential] to CD No. 169 [Comprehensive Development District No. 169].
The general purpose of this change in zoning is to allow a 17-unit apartment building.

Comments on the proposed bylaw may be provided to Council in one of the following ways:
1. Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email must be received by 12:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda. Comments may be submitted by:
