Zoning Bylaw, 1992, No. 2050, Amendment Bylaw, 2025, No. 3155 which provides for a change in the zoning designation of 1007 Arcadia Street, shown hatched on the map below, from RS-1 [Single Family Residential] to CD No. 166 [Comprehensive Development District No. 166].
The general purpose of this change in zoning is to allow a townhouse development consisting of 6 residential units.

Comments on the proposed bylaw may be provided to Council in one of the following ways:
1. Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email must be received by 12:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda. Comments may be submitted by:
