Family Day is Monday, February 19
Garbage collection schedule
There will be no garbage pickup on the Family Day holiday.
- Residents who normally have their garbage collected on Monday, February 19 will have garbage collection on Tuesday, along with the regularly scheduled Tuesday pickup. No other routed will be affected by the holiday.
Canteen Rd Yard & Garden Drop-off Facility will be closed Monday and Tuesday. It reopens Wednesday for regular hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

- We have all sorts of excitement in store for our 2024 Family Day event. Join us for Kindergym, swimming as well as a variety of activities that you can do as a family - and do it all for FREE. This event includes an community favourite - the Esquimalt Lions will be selling hot dogs, by donation, where all money received will be put back into the Esquimalt community.
