Knappett Projects Inc. has been retained to act as the construction manager for Esquimalt’s forthcoming public safety building. Knappett will provide construction and trades expertise to the Township for the next phase of the project, which will involve an intensive review of the building plans with an eye to costing and tendering in the current construction environment. The three-storey, multi-function building will hold the municipality’s police, fire and emergency management services, as well as commercial, community and office spaces.
The project is slated for completion in 2025.
