Esquimalt Recreation is ready to kick off the summer season with a huge party and unveiling of a NEW element to our neighbourhood to support you and your family to have fun living an active lifestyle! Mark your calendar to join us on Saturday, June 1st in the Esquimalt Recreation Centre Parking Lot for the 2019 Esquimalt Neighbourhood Party!
This year's theme is: Get active. Be social. There will be a ton of opportunities for you, your family, your friends and neighbours to do just that, see the activity zones below!
Be sure to snap photos of the fun and post to social media, tagging Esquimalt Parks & Recreation with the hashtags: #Esquimalt #GetActive #BeSocial for your chance to win some awesome prizes.
Of course the fun takes place right beside the Esquimalt Adventure Park with the famous MEGA SOAKER splash bucket in the water park. It will be an entire day of free family fun! The Neighourhood Party festivities will run 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the Adventure Park open dawn to dusk (water park is open 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

Why a Neighbourhood Party?
Esquimalt is working hard on building a strong, resilient community and it has been proven that communities that celebrate together are safer and more enjoyable to live in.
We will be closing down the Esquimalt Recreation Centre parking lot (accessible parking will remain available) for the festivities so plan your travel accordingly. There will be ample free parking available at the Archie Browning Sports Centre, just 200 metres from the event.
Special thank you to our event sponsors:
