To protect yourself and your computer, the Government of Canada has Anti-Spam Legislation in place which Esquimalt Parks & Recreation strictly adheres to. On Wednesday, July 17th at 10:00 a.m. Esquimalt Parks & Recreation will be issuing a consent query email to our database through our computer operating system. This is not spam or a phishing scheme.
What does this mean?
If Esquimalt Parks & Recreation has received your email address after December 1, 2016 you will receive an email on July 16 with the subject: Esquimalt Parks and Recreation needs your email consent --- Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation
If you opt-in by selecting the "Yes, I Consent" button in the email, you will continue to receive our latest news, special offers and promotions. These emails will be issued approximately once per month. You will also receive any program related correspondence including summer camp schedules, registration confirmation information or receipts, and facility rental agreements or other documents/attachments related specifically to you/your organization.
If you opt-in now and decide later to unsubscribe, you can do so at anytime. Each newsletter issued will include an unsubscribe link. To opt-out, select the unsubscribe link.
If you wish to opt-in at a later date, please connect reception team in person or by email and we will update your account.
If you do not select "Yes, I Consent" button in the email, you will not receive our monthly newsletter or facility rental agreements (or any document/attachment) derived from our operating system. You will continue to receive program registration confirmation notices and receipts.
