Councillor
Meredith moved to Esquimalt in 2019 and served on the Township’s Environmental Advisory Committee from 2020 to 2022 before joining Council in 2026.
Meredith is a lawyer with an undergraduate degree in environmental biology and a master’s degree in law and society. Her areas of legal practice have included environmental, municipal, and Aboriginal law.
Meredith is also an enthusiastic festival participant who enjoys creating lanterns for the Lantern Festival and organizing pirate bike rides during Buccaneer Days. In her spare time, she enjoys learning to garden (year-round), swimming in the Gorge (summer only), and cycling (when temperatures are above zero).
