Council meetings take place, unless otherwise noted on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. in the Esquimalt Municipal Hall, Council Chambers at 1229 Esquimalt Road (map).

Regular Council meetings are usually scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Regular Committee of the Whole meetings are usually scheduled for the 2nd Monday of the month. This scheduling may be modified to account for AVICC, UBCM and FCM conventions, statutory holidays, and the annual summer recess.
