The Victoria Cougars Junior Hockey Club has donated a new Rink Cast LED Video Display Board to the Township of Esquimalt.
Mayor Barbara Desjardins unveiled the new display board— and thanked the hockey club— at a short ceremony at Archie Browning Sports Centre this morning.
“I would like to express my gratitude to the Victoria Cougars Junior Hockey Club for purchasing and donating this impressive display board,” said Mayor Desjardins “The Cougars have been a key partner at Archie Browning for many years. This important addition complements the revitalization work completed in 2011."
The new display board, produced by Tickercom, is approximately 12 feet wide by 6 feet high. Content for the board, which features a full colour LED display, can be created and downloaded from any location.
