A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 5:30 pm, at the Union Club of British Columbia, 805 Gordon St, Victoria, B.C.
The purpose of this meeting is to convene an In Camera meeting to discuss items that are in accordance with the following sections of the Community Charter:
Section 90 (1) (a) & (c), to discuss personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; and labour relations or other employee relations.
Section 90 (2) (b) (ii) to discuss the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and another local government or between another local government and a third party.
