A Special meeting of Council will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 5:40 p.m., in the Wurtele Room, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The first item of business is to close the meeting to the general public pursuant to the following sections of the Community Charter:
Section 90 (1) (a) and (c) to discuss personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality and labour relations or other employee relations; and
Section 90 (2) (b) (ii) to discuss the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and another local government or between another local government and a third party.
