In accordance with Sections 59 and 94 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Esquimalt will be considering an amendment to the existing Business Regulation Bylaw. The amending Bylaw proposes to allow cannabis retailers to extend their hours of operation from between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Council will consider giving first, second, and third readings to Business Regulation Bylaw, 2013, No. 2810, Amendment Bylaw No. 3022 [No. 4], 2021.
- Date and time: Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
- Adoption of the Bylaw will be considered on Monday, April 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
