Amendment to Intermunicipal Business Licence Agreement Authorization Bylaw, 1999, NO. 2379
In accordance with the provisions of S. 59 of the Community Charter, Council will consider adoption of Intermunicipal Business Licence Agreement Authorization Bylaw, 1999, No. 2379, Amendment Bylaw [No.2], 2020, No. 2991, at the Regular Meeting of Council.
- Date and location: Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7 p.m., in the Esquimalt Council Chambers, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
- Review the bylaw
The proposed amendment would add “The District of Sooke” as a party to the agreement and further, to the definition of “Participating Municipalities”.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity for persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw to make representations to Council.
