Esquimalt Council is inviting applications from Esquimalt residents to sit on a Special Committee to review Council Remuneration. The appointment is short-term with Council seeking a report with recommendations by the end of October 2010.
Those interested in being considered for appointment to the Special Committee are invited to submit an application and a resume listing professional and volunteer experience and interests to the Corporate Administrator by 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 16th, 2010. It is essential that the Special Committee be comprised of individuals who will not be seeking election in the municipal election process in November 2011.
