As part of the CRD Regional Wastewater Treatment Project, blasting at Macaulay Point Pump Station will commence during the week of October 15 – 19, 2018 and continue for three months. Blasting signs will be posted near and at the entrance to the site and all blasts will be covered with blasting mats. Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Warning signals are as follows:
• Twelve short whistles followed by a two minute pause: blast will be detonated
• Long whistle: all is clear
