In accordance with the provisions of the Community Charter, Council will consider the 2017 Annual Report at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Monday, June 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Esquimalt Council Chambers, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions on matters contained in the Annual Report. The Annual Report will include the 2017 audited financial statements, value of 2017 tax exemptions, a report respecting municipal services and operations, and a statement of municipal objectives and measures.
The Draft Annual Report will be available for public review from June 8 to June 25 at Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road and also on the Township website.
