In accordance with the provisions of the Community Charter, Council will consider the 2016 Annual Report at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Monday, June 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., in the Esquimalt Council Chambers, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions on matters contained in the Annual Report. The Annual Report will include the 2016 audited financial statements, value of 2016 tax exemptions, a report respecting municipal services and operations, and a statement of municipal objectives and measures.
The Annual Report will be available for public review from June 12 to June 26 at Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road and on the Township website at www.esquimalt.ca.
