    Food Heritage & Healthy Meal Prepping on a Budget Workshop, 

    A collaboration of Esquimalt Municipal Archives & Salvation Army, High Point Community Church

    This interactive event begins with a visual presentation by Dr. Dulma Karunarathna, Archivist at the Esquimalt Municipal Archives, exploring food heritage through archival photographs and records. Participants will then participate in a collaborative cooking demonstration to prepare an international heritage meal.

    Attendees will help cook, share the meal, receive a take-home ingredient kit along with the recipe to recreate the dish at home.
