Property Information Letter
If you are looking for general information about a property you may submit a request to receive:
- A list of the Building Permits that have been issued for the subject property. (If you are looking for a copy of the plans, please submit a “Building Plan Request form”);
- The current Zoning and a copy of that zone;
- The ‘current’ and ‘proposed’ land use designations as per the Official Community Plan.
The cost of the letter is $52.50 per civic address.

If you are looking for specific building plans, you may submit a request to access the files. We cannot guarantee that these building plans are available.
