Flags at Esquimalt Municipal Hall are being flown at half-mast in honour of Saanich Councillor Vic Derman who passed away on Friday. He had been a member of Saanich Council since 2002.
The date and details of a celebration of life have not yet been finalized. For further details regarding Vic Derman and his long term service to the community, please refer to the District of Saanich website at www.saanich.ca.
