Plastic Shopping Bag Survey
Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire. It will require no more than 5 minutes of your time and your input will contribute to making Esquimalt a more sustainable community. This questionnaire is part of a collaborative effort between the Township of Esquimalt and Royal Roads University to develop a campaign to reduce the distribution of single use plastic shopping bags within the community. This campaign is in support of the Township of Esquimalt “Plastic Bag Free” initiative to be implemented later this year.
At no time will personal information be collected and your participation is voluntary.
