EVENT LOCATION:
The LifeMark Health 5K will start and end at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre. We encourage participants to park at the Archie Browning Sports Centre and walk along the path by Bullen Field to the Recreation Centre.

7:45am Start of Kids Fun Run (Bullen Field)
8:25am Pre-race Announcements (On Lyall Street by the Lacrosse Box)
8:30am 5K Start (On Lyall Street by the Lacrosse Box)
8:45am-10:30am Refreshments for Participants available (Rec Centre Gymnasium)
8:45-10:30am Active Living Marketplace with Children's Corner including Face Painting provided by Par-T-Perfect (Recreation Centre Atrium)
9:00-10:30am Complimentary Massages available from LifeMark Health (Please sign up on event day in Atrium)
9:30am Draw Prizes Begin (Rec Centre Gymnasium)
