Healthy Youth
Curious about the amount of protein an average teen should eat? Which foods are best before and after sports? What about which fast food restaurants are the best? This seminar covers everything about healthy eating for energy, brains and brawn – foods to limit, foods to load up on and a look at healthy fast foods, beverages and supplements. This session is designed for those 12-17 years of age.  If you have a youth group that would benefit from this sessions, please contact us by email and we will arrange a session just for your group/team/classroom.
