2. IN PERSON: You may pay by cash, cheque AMEX, Mastercard, VISA, Debit Card or use an Esquimalt Recreation Gift Certificate.
   • Esquimalt Recreation Centre Hours of Operation
     • 5:30am-10:30pm 7 days/week. Youth Only Fridays Nights after 9:00pm
   • Archie Browning Sports Centre Hours of Operation
     • Monday - Friday 11:00am-2:00pm
     • Saturday and Sunday 12:30-3:00pm
3. EMAIL, please include:
   • Course name, time, days and dates of program
   • Registrant’s name, date of birth, address and telephone number
   • Your AMEX, Mastercard or VISA number and expiry date

There will be a $20.00 NSF charge on all returned payments.

Course Cancellation
Classes with insufficient registration will be cancelled and a full refund or credit will be issued. Minimum registration must be met at least 3 working days prior to course starts. Please do not delay in registering.

Waitlist
Ask to have your name put on a waitlist, if a space becomes available or we are able to add additional classes, we will call you.

Refunds/Credits
1. Refunds/credits will be permitted up to 3 working days prior to the start of programs.
2. Within 3 days prior to the start of a program or after a program commences requests for credit may be made through the appropriate Programmer. Refunds will not be issued.
3. No credits will be issued after the 2nd class of a program/session. 
4. For Out of School Care and Creative Play programs one (1) month written notice for withdrawal is required. See Reception for details.
