The Annual FCM Convention will be held June 1 to June 14, 2012 in Saskatoon, Sask.
The Annual UBCM Convention will be held September 24 to September 28, 2012 in Victoria, BC
Regular Council meetings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Committee of the Whole meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Monday of the month.
Where the 1st or 3rd Monday is a statutory holiday, the meeting will be rescheduled to the 4th Monday of the month.
