Registration includes meals and event materials only. Fees do not include hotel accommodations. For more information on hotel accommodations please click here.

Please Note: Registration and payment must be received by October 15th, 2009. Seating is limited; please register early to avoid disappointment. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 30^th for full refund of fees. No refund is available after this date, but participant substitution is allowed.
