Business Licenses
Overview
All businesses operating in Esquimalt require either a valid Business License or a valid Intermunicipal Business License. This applies to all resident businesses, including home occupations, and all non-resident businesses.
Mobile business owners and contractors can purchase an Intermunicipal Business License, from the municipality in which they have their base of operations. This license is valid for all of the municipalities in the Capital Regional District.
